Billboards Display Palestinian Displacement by “Israeli” Occupation in New York Train Stations
Anti-"Israel" billboards were installed at some train stations in the city of New York, showing a series of four maps displaying how the "Israeli" enemy has thoroughly confiscated the Palestinian territories since 1946 till 2010.
According to media reports, the ads billboards, which were posted under the auspices of The Committee for Peace in "Israel" and Palestine, were shown at Metro North train stations, stating that "4.7 million Palestinians are classified as refugees" by the UN.
Former Wall Street financier Henry Clifford, the ads' financier and sponsor, stated that "The Palestinian people have lost most of their homeland and the map shows exactly what is happened to them."
"All of the Middle East is infected with the virus of the Arab-"Israeli" conflict. People need to know the truth of the matter," he further told lohud.com.
According to the Metro North authority, the ads raised did not in any way violate the guidelines of the train station.
