"Israeli" War Minister, Ehud Barak, has expressed no confidence in the abilities of the "Israeli" military intelligence chief, Aviv Kochavi, an upcoming report revealed, according to "Israeli" daily Yedioth Ahronoth, which had access to the report.
However, Barak later said that his statements were allegedly taken out of context.

In the testimony given to the "Israeli" "State Comptroller", Micha Lindenstrauss, when questioning him over the Harapz affair, Barak expressed that Kochavi "isn't exactly accomplished" when it comes to his career.
"I think that Kochavi is a very talented guy, but he just doesn't understand," Barak said. "He isn't familiar enough with the intelligence system."

After this revelation, the Zionist War Minister tried on Wednesday to ease the blunder caused by his remarks, stating that new personnel at the "Israeli" military intelligence branch need little time to adjust to the system.
"This system has a facet... of power struggles and anonymous letters," Barak said. "This was the aspect that I meant that Aviv doesn't understand." Barak further regarded Kochavi as an "excellent" military intelligence chief.
