Lebanon has been plummeting in security chaos and instability, as the Future party militias headed to the streets to burn tires and block streets, impeding the normal life of the northerners.

Led by figures such as the Akkar MP Khaled al-Daher, who did not even wait for the initial results of investigations to the killing of the Sheikh Ahmad Abdel Wahid at an army checkpoint in the Akkar town of al-Kweikhat, the gangs were seen armed all over the streets particularly in North Lebanon.

According to sources, groups of men obsequious to MP Khaled al-Daher and the Future Party have cut-off the Tripoli International Highway, in the area of Al-Tebaneh between Abu Ali and Al-Maloula Roundabouts.
Also, another group of men ventured into cutting-off the roads leading to "Abdel-Hamid Karami Square" in Tripoli. Not only that, but several regions in the Capital Beirut were under attack as well.

Security officials reported that Abdul Wahed's convoy refused to abide by the Army's instruction and stop, what forced soldiers to shoot in its direction. Abdul Wahed was accompanied by another religious figure, Mohammed Hussein Merheb, who was also killed.
Meanwhile, and amid the turmoil on one part and the funeral of Abdul Wahid on another, Khaled al-Daher launched random blames and accusations, calling for "death penalty" to the army soldiers who killed Abdul Wahid.
Al-Daher, who was giving speeches on "the country's institutions and the means to build it" during the funeral of Sheikh Abdul Wahid, stressing "We are the ones who built this country; we are the backbone to the Lebanese Army."

Yet, a few seconds later after he finished these wprds, groups of armed men made their way among the present crowds, firing bullets into the air.
Also, during the funeral, the Future Party Secretary General Ahmad Hariri gave a speech, which according to sources was inaudible due to the showers of bullets fired by the participants in the event.

This took place while Hariri was calling on the People of Akkar to restrain themselves and return to calm.
