Sukaryieh: They Carry Symbolic Pioneer Role, ’’Israel’’ Fears Hizbullah’s Pledges

In the martyrdom niches, heads are bowed.

And in the day of martyr leaders, determination is renewed.

Legends are retold about God's men who vowed to sacrifice their lives in sake of dignity.

Only the deep sea and the high sky are faithful to their secrets embedding them within waves of pure love.

Behind their calmness are endless stories of inflamed revolution.
And from the white turban of Sheikh Ragheb a salute to the Sayyed's smile and from both of them a greeting to the determination of Imad in a message full of letters to all who are familiar with the resistance's alphabet of sacrifices : our resistance is invincible .

On the anniversary of martyr leaders, "Loyalty to Resistance" bloc MP Walid Sukaryieh recalled in an interview with moqawama.org how the three leaders played a fascinating role in building the nation's dignity pride, and glory.

As the Leaders martyrs carry meaningful aspects than the martyrdom of other members, he clarified that the leaders had a symbolic pioneer role.

"They were the model to be followed and the shelter that people resort to, listen to, and follow their directions and instructions," the MP clarified.
Reiterating that the three leaders formed symbol, director, leader, an idol, and resistance society's organizer, Sukaryieh asserted that "the Leaders died in the battlefield or in the direct confrontation with the enemy."

"When the leader doesn't isolate himself from the mass public and stays in his office performing administrative follow ups, a different image is drawn to this leader in the minds of his audience," he added pointing out to the following facts:
When the "Israeli" enemy launched its invasion against South Lebanon, some people received it with scattering flowers and roses. Others called for neutralizing relations with the Zionist entity.

However, God's man, Sheikh Ragheb Harb, from Southern Lebanon stood firm and worked on waking up people, spreading awareness, and transforming the public opinion from welcoming the resistance to rejecting the "Israeli" presence on Lebanese territories.

According to the MP, when Sheikh Ragheb raised the slogan "Position is a Weapon and Handshaking is recognition" he succeeded in transforming it to a title to be followed by all Southern people.

"The position that Sheikh raised came as he wasn't away from the eyes of the
"Israeli" occupation; he feared nothing as he confronted the "Israeli" enemy at every corner and in every occasion," Sukaryieh highlighted.

Noting that "hardly did Sheikh work on igniting the spirit of revolution, challenge, and resistance against the occupier," the Retired Military Brigadier that the Sheikh Leader "illuminated the track towards victory."

Moving from the earlier martyr to the teacher and the late Secretary General of Hizbullah Martyr Sayyed Abbas Moussawi, the MP stressed that "to both men, death in dignity was much more preferable than death in humiliation."
"They were ready to sacrifice themselves for their conviction and beliefs," he stated.
Sukaryieh further clarified that "as a Secretary General of Hizbullah, Sayyed Abbas never displaced himself from neither people's needs nor the resistance men in the battle field."

"People remember him sharing them the winter storms, the summers' heat, and the enjoyment of living a modest life," he explained pointing out that "Sayyed's loveable personality inflamed his love and respect in the Lebanese community and made him the ultimate model in the eyes of a great Lebanese section."
"Sayyed Abbas offered a different example of leaders from that engraved in the Lebanese minds for leaders used to protect themselves and their families from any dangers," the MP mentioned.

Confirming that Hizbullah provided another type of example in the martyrdom of Haj Imad Mughneyieh, Sukaryieh added that the "military man was known for his security and resistance role."

"The Secret Haj Imad was only uncovered after his martyrdom as he devoted all his life, mind, and time to building the resistance and confronting the enemy until the moment of his martyrdom," he unveiled.

As the martyrdom of the three Leaders formed a public incentive to confront the Zionist entity, the MP further mentioned that "the permanent Secretary General of Hizbullah provided an excellent example of sacrifice manifested in the martyrdom of his son martyr Hadi Hassan Nasrallah.

"Neither did he send him abroad or made him enjoy the pleasures of life, but rather he send him to the battle field where he felt as any other resistance martyr in sake of defending the land's borders and Islam's dignity," our guest added.
At the level of the enemy's front, the MP clarified that the "Israeli" is well aware of the resistance's ability to avenge the martyrdom of its leaders

"The Zionist entity lives the obsession of Hizbullah's revenge. The "Israelis" know that the resistance is capable of targeting and hitting whenever and wherever it wants. They are frightened of the resistance's truthful pledges," Sukaryieh affirmed.

Three Leaders from the historic era of victories drew the petals of a flower whose roots make the soil more fertile cracking softer flames of flowing blood.
