“Islam in Solidarity Against US-Backed Puppet Regimes”
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei stated on Monday that the current waves of Islamic awakening in the Islamic countries, are gaining thrust, regardless of the Shiite Sunni affiliations.
His Eminence's remarks came during the a meeting with foreign guests participating in the "Islamic Awakening and Youth Conference", during which he asserted that followers of all Islamic sects are exercising solidarity in their campaign against the US-backed "puppet regimes".
Sayyed Khamenei indicated that "the Islamic awakening is the introduction of the ultimate campaign against the global arrogance, the main sponsor of oppression in the international community".
The Supreme Leader made it clear that every nation in the Arab or Islamic world has its own national values, and despite the common ground among them, "there is no identical pattern for them to follow in light of their own geographic or other preferences", IRNA reported.
"The strategy of Muslim nations is that they cannot recognize the cancerous tumor of "Israel" and can no longer accept dominance of the Zionists and the US over the international community", the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran reiterated.
Citing the regional Islamic Awakening against dictatorial regimes, Sayyed Ali Khamenei confirmed that "it is a good omen and God willing will ultimately ruin the corrupt network of global dictatorship, and once against Muslims will embrace Islamic renaissance in glory and prosperity".
Moreover, the Supreme Leader emphasized that at the time being, humanity is standing at a critical point and is on the verge of a grand developments.
"Humanity has passed all material and ideological schools such as Marxism, Liberal Democracy and Secular Nationalism and is at the beginning of a new era", he noted.
Also, His Eminence urged the revolutionary youths of the world to vigilantly guard the fruit of their revolution, and now allow arrogant powers to disrupt their resolutions.
The two-day "Islamic Awakening and Youth Conference" kicked off on Sunday in presence of some 1500 participants from more than 73 countries including Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Yemen, Bahrain, and Palestine. The conference focuses on the essential role of the youth in the current Islamic awakening wave sweeping across the region.
