Ahmadinejad: Nations Will Defeat Dominating Measures of Hegemonic Powers
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned hegemonic powers that nations will bring them down if they refuse to abandon their dominating strategies.
During an event held on Thursday in the Iranian city of Darmiyan in the eastern South Khorsan Province, President Ahmadinejad addressed arrogant powers, and suggested they would stop their expansionist moves and leave the region, IRNA reported.
Furthermore, the Iranian President affirmed that the role of these controlling powers is to sow discord among nations, and steal their assets.
"Today, nations in the region and across the globe are in uproar, and now uprisings are even taking place in Europe and the US", Ahmadinejad stated.
He further added that "although there is a sweeping wave of public awakeking among [regional] nations, however, arrogant powers still seek to change the destiny of people through deception".
