"Indescribable happiness... Thank Allah who has granted us with this great accomplishment".
Receiving her visitors, those were the first words spilled by the mother of the Palestinian sacrifice martyr, Mohammad Farwana.

Martyr Farawna is a hero of the special Palestinian "Operation Dispersive Illusion" conducted on June 25, 2006, during which "Israeli" soldier Gilad Shalit was kidnapped. Now, a prisoner swap deal entitled "Loyalty of the Free" has been agreed upon, and 1027 Palestinian detainees are expected to be set free in return for the release of Shalit.

Farwana's mother, proud "Um Ali", stated that since the moment the swap deal was declared, she has been receiving hundreds of people who headed to the family's house in the city of Khan Yunis southern the Gaza Strip. The visitors sought to congratulate and honor the souls of both her son Mohammad and his friend martyr Hamed al-Rantisi, whose blood sowed this joy.
Mohammad's mother added that her happiness for the detainees ought to be released, exceeds the happiness of their parents, believing that the swap deal is an accomplishment of the goal that her son devoted himself to, since more than five years.

Moreover, she went on to say, "Today, when I remember Mohammad, I consider all the detainees to be released, men and women, as my children... Allah has compensated me with wellbeing in return for my patience and faith in him".
The feelings of joy and pride haloing "Um Ali" did not hide the worry and confusion regarding the fate of her son's body, which is still in "Israeli" detention since the operation took place.

On this level, she indicated, "The truth is that so far, I do not know whether my son and his friend are included in the swap deal or not... I'm keeping my hopes up that I would be able to receive his body to bury it in a proper way during the national "wedding" [festival] which every Palestinian home is waiting for in Gaza and the West Bank".
The patient mother called upon the Palestinian factions who are keeping Shalit captive, and upon those concerned with the swap deal, to announce the fate of these two corps, especially that the occupation enemy is holding them in degrading circumstances in the so-called "cemeteries of numbers".

On another hand, statistics by the "National Campaign to Return the Bodies of the Martyrs" show that those cemeteries have more than 385 bodies of sacrifice martyrs, from different Palestinian factions and organizations, who have passed away during Palestinian-Zionist conflict operations.

The campaign, which has strictly urged to include the bodies of the aforementioned in the swap deal, reaffirmed that the occupation enemy is challenging the international human law and the Geneva Conventions. It also added that the "Israeli" enemy has particularly violated article 17 of the first Geneva Convention, which confirms the right of the victims' parents to commemorate their deceased and bury them in accordance with their religious traditions, and with what befits their national and human dignity.
