Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned from the Western countries' schemes to postpone the victorious outcomes of the revolutions taking place around the globe.

According to the Iranian presidential website, President Ahmadinejad affirmed during a meeting with commanders on Tuesday, "Today, Western countries are seeking to obstruct the victory of the revolutions that are taking place in many countries, including Egypt".

Moreover, he indicated that the said Western countries have been seeking to disrupt the revolutions knowing that victorious popular movements might trigger anti-US and "Israel" government into rising to power.
The Iranian President addressed the Egyptian nation, describing them as great, civilize, and cultured, further warning against the persisting US-Western schemes plotted to harm the Egyptian revolution.

In this context, President Ahmadinejad noted, "The Egyptian Revolution would influence the entire world if it bears fruits and a public government takes over, so Western governments are struggling to spoil the revolution by impeding free elections in the country".
