Iran, Venezuela Confirm Struggle Against Imperialism
In a telephone conversation, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez called for further expansion of bilateral cooperation in a joint struggle against imperialism and bullying powers.
Furthermore, Iranian President indicated that the strength and sovereignty of Venezuela belong to all freedom-loving nations, Iranian Republic News Agency reported.
President Ahmadinejad reaffirmed that the future belongs to freedom seeking nations of the world, adding that Iran and Venezuela will always be together in fight against imperialism and bullying powers.
On his part, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez thanked his Iranian counterpart for the call, and stated that the two countries, through joint cooperation and coordination with all world freedom lovers, can neutralize conspiracies and imperialism against independent and free nations across the globe, IRNA further indicated.
