Lebanese Minister of foreign affairs and expatriates Adnan Mansour said in a statement on Tuesday that Lebanon will present a complaint at the UN Security Council on Wednesday via its delegation to the council.
 
The Minister explained the complaint will be against "Israel's" violation of UNSC Resolution 1701, after "Israeli' soldiers crossed the Lebanese borders and entered Lebanese territory in the Wazzani region.
