Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei: political developments in Iran and the region indicate that the Islamic Revolution has brought the US to its knees
Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei said God's promises to the Iranian nation have come true with the US policy in the region having ended up in failure and Islamic slogans having been revived among the regional nations. Ayatollah Khamenei said perseverance will bring an ultimate Divine victory for the nation.
Speaking at a joint graduation ceremony of the IRGC's Imam Hussein military academy, Sayyed Khamenei said that the revolutionary faith would help the force to further improve and become more innovative.
His Eminence also added that the young guards have formed a solid basis for the force, adding that the guards should be stronger than their predecessors in moral and morality as the Islamic Revolution too has got a stronger position than 30 years ago.
"Analysts believe that the sensitive US policies in Middle East have failed; 30 years ago, the US had only lost one of its corrupt affiliates, the Pahlavi regime however it is now facing a massive loss of its puppet regimes," Ayatollah Sayyed Khamenei said.
The Islamic Revolution Leader pointed out another token of the fulfillment was the US isolation in the region and the revival of Islam among the regional nations. Imam Khamenei said the reality was a sequel to the Islamic Revolution of the Iranian nation in 1979.
His Eminence also noted that the US was also frustrated in the Palestinian issue, saying, "in recent weeks, the Palestinian youths residing in different regional countries in a rare move broke the boundaries of the Zionist regime after 60 years from the day of Nakba; The reality points to God's promise that Islam and Muslims will be the ultimate winners."
Sayyed Khamenei said the ultimate victory will be gained provided the Iranian people and authorities keep their vigilance and resilience. In the same regard, Ayatollah Khamenei said those who forgot the nation's revolutionary causes in the collective national path committed an unforgivable sin, adding however that thank God the nation will not follow their line.
Ayatollah Khamenei at the end of his speech called on the young guards to purify their souls and at the same time improve their military preparedness for the sake of spiritual motivations.
On his part, the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces said the shining performance of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) after the Islamic Revolution was due to the force's solid platform, adding the force was founded by faithful and Mujahideen (Mujahid men) during the hard times of the revolution.
