Numerous Protests in Different Countries, in Support of Bahrain

As the Bahraini authorities continue to nab the rights and freedom of the people, many countries worldwide witness on Friday popular protests and events in solidarity with the people of Bahrain under the slogan "Save the people of Bahrain".

This comes in response to the call of the Bahraini opposition overseas, which has been calling on the free people of the world to stand in solidarity with the Bahrainis on Friday the 8th of April, and reiterate the demand that the Saudi forces leave Bahrain and that the Bahraini authority should stop its blatant violations against the peaceful civilians. These protests also come to lash out the US and European silence towards the terrible and heinous violations to human rights against the people of Bahrain.

Starting from Lebanon, a solidarity gathering in the Zahraa complex will be held in the capital Beirut. In Iraq, rallies following the Friday prayers will take place in condemnation of the Saudi occupation of Bahrain and the US occupation of Iraq.

Moreover, Bahraini flags will be raised during the prosecution protest Egypt is holding on Friday, while the Change Square in Yemen will witness a protest in solidarity with the Bahraini people too.
Following the Friday prayers, Iranians will head to the streets in protest to the repression of the Bahraini people, while Kuwait decided to perform a musical performance in support of the oppressed Bahraini people. Saudi Arabia will also witness protests calling for the rescue of the Bahraini people.

Sydney, Denmark, and London are also to witness rallies in solidarity with the Bahraini people, all under one united slogan "Save the people of Bahrain".
