Lebanese Caretaker Minister of State for Administrational Development, Mohammad Fneish, considered that the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) General Prosecutor Daniel Bellemare's requests reveal that the STL has blatantly become part of the anti-resistance scheme.

In this context, Minister Fneish stated that the STL seeks, through any means, to deteriorate the image of the resistance, and to purchase information and data, which will help the resistance's enemy.

Mohammad Fneish confirmed that these reasons refer that the STL collapsed and is no longer accepted, adding it has become a scandal and no longer represents a tribunal worth trusting to reach the truth or international justice.

Minister Fneish pointed out, "We are facing a new stage in Lebanon, and a new political equation", further stressing that constitution and sovereignty breaches are not acceptable anymore.

On the same level, Fneish reiterated that any measure related to the STL should stop and wait for the new government to be formed to tackle them, along with all other relevant issues.
Minister of State for Administrative Development believed that the STL, through its requests for detailed information about all the Lebanese including their fingerprints, confirm that it [STL] has become a project and tool for the US-"Israeli" policy.

Fneish added, "This means that Lebanon, through the international investigation's performance, has become exposed before the whole globe, where all who seek information and data on security and other schemes and plans in Lebanon, try to purchase them through the STL".
Furthermore, Fneish affirmed that the current Arab world revolutions are part of the "Human Sentiment" in the Arab world, which stated that it is capable of doing something, overcoming the feelings of incapability, and restoring back its trust and therefore revolted.

Minister Mohammad Fneish stressed that the nations' awareness should remain, where all wagers are on it and on their firm will, without any fear from security apparatuses, oppressing forces, prison, or even death.

Mohammad Fneish clarified that the Resistance's victories in Lebanon, especially in the July 2006 war, affected the spirits and wills of the Arab people. He pointed out that each Arab person is comparing how a small group in Lebanon was capable of accomplishing all these achievements, and achieve pride and dignity for the Arab and Muslim world.

Fneish reaffirmed that the regional, Arab and Islamic developments prove the July war's effects in a broader way, and shed the light again on the strategic repercussions of its [July war] results.
