Sheikh Qaouk: Bellemare’s Suspicious Requests Violate Lebanon’s Dignity, Sovereignty

Deputy Head of Hizbullah Executive Council, Sheikh Nabil Qaouk, confirmed that what the Special Tribunal for Lebanon General Prosecutor Daniel Bellemare seeks through his requests is to make Lebanon subject to violations of its dignity and sovereignty.
In this context, Sheikh Qaouk stated that the said requests also target the national situation, in order to promote internal divisions on one hand, and try to strain the performance of the government on the other hand.
Sheikh Qaouk pointed out that what Bellemare and the US are planning for in the upcoming days is to speed up the issuance of the indictment in a new attempt to compensate the defeats and failures of the US policies, and its allies in Lebanon and the region.
He stressed that their goals will not be achieved because the internal Lebanese equation changed with the transformation of the popular and parliamentary majority.
In this context, Sheikh Nabil Qaouk stated, "Therefore, the resistance today has become in a more secure political situation before all foreign political targeting".
Deputy Head of Hizbullah Executive Council reiterated that the credibility of the STL has deteriorated "like ashes" after the series of scandals published in the "Wikileaks" and the "Truth Leaks".
He affirmed these scandals officially documented and revealed on the journalistic level the range of US and "Israeli" control on all details related to the STL, in a way that no justice or truth are sought or spoken of.
Sheikh Qaouk confirmed that the STL represents a "bridge" for the "Israeli" aims to cross over, after they failed to achieve them in the July 2006 war, pointing out that today, they are incapable of take part in a confrontation of guaranteed results.
"All their ["Israelis'"] intimidations and threats are incapable of shaking the resistance", Sheikh Qaouk said.
He considered that "Israel" is now drowning in an ocean of fear before the power of resistance in Lebanon, which with its enhancement, represents a declination in the possibility of a new "Israeli" war against Lebanon.
On this level, he added that this is considered to be a profit to all the Lebanese, and all the Ummah (nation) within the Arab-"Israeli" conflict.
Sheikh Nabil Qaouk stressed that the resistance project is in progress in Lebanon, Gaza, and all the Arab capitals, especially after all internal, regional, and international conspiracies witnessed adverse repercussions on their conspirators who sought to deteriorate the reputation and image of the resistance in the Arab world.
His Eminence Sheikh Nabil Qaouk stated that all the Arab capital and streets are protesting and holding the same resistance banners and slogans of those in Lebanon and Palestine, so that the resistance status and aims are enhances, and so that its project would progress.
On the level of Sayyed Moussa As-Sader's disappearance case in Libya, Sheikh Qaouk addressed the Arab and International communities, holding them responsible for not standing by Lebanon and seeking the revelation of Sayyed Moussa and his friends' story.
Sheikh Nabil Qaouk also blamed the Arab and International communities for not pursuing the dictator Libyan regime, when it committed to first inhumane crime 32 year ago, in reference to the kidnapping of Sayyed Moussa.
