MP Nkoula: Bolton’s Stance Confirms STL Politicized, Threatening to All the Lebanese

In light of Monday's Al Hayat statement, in which Former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton stated that the indictment's issuance is soon, and will accuse Hizbullah and Syrian officials, Change and Reform Parliamentary Bloc MP Nabil Nkoula said this has become a normal pessimistic habit in Lebanon.
In an interview with Alintiqad.com, MP Nkoula referred to Bolton's expectations of an upcoming war on Lebanon, adding that it is not the first time that "Israel" launches a US-supported war against Lebanon, although each time it is defeated.
Regarding the indictment issuance, which Bolton expected to include accusations against Hizbullah and Syrian officials, MP Nabil Nkoula stressed this comes as a confirmation that the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) is politicized, threatening to all the Lebanese.
In the same context, MP Nkoula said that the tribunal was not established for Lebanon, where now it is similar to the issue of Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, in reference to the foreign interference in Lebanon to defeat the resistance and support the "Israeli" interests.
"The Lebanese spent five years seeking the truth about PM Rafiq Hariri's assassination, through the STL, but the intelligence forces were not able to discover the identity of the assassinator", MP Nkoula said.
Furthermore, Change and Reform Bloc MP said that STL General Prosecutor Daniel Bellemare will not be able to reveal the truth, urging all the Lebanese to stand hand in hand and cooperate to help build a country for all the Lebanese not only for one sect.
