Berri Proposes an Inter-Lebanese Solution for False Witnesses’ Issue

Lebanese Parliament Speaker noted that "The suggestion he proposed is to send the false witnesses' file to the Justice Council does not satisfy all the parties and sides in Lebanon, but at least it does ease the situation in the country." 

He assured his aim is to "stop sinking into more complications and stalling." 

Ina statement to An-Nahar newspaper, Berri explained "What I proposed is an inter-Lebanese solution. The atmosphere is positive and acceptable, and we are waiting for the answer of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri." Berri further added "The solution opens door to other solutions, instead of remaining very alert, not only alert but also tense and nervous."
