Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) Outreach Office head Olga Kavran assured that "An official date of the indictment's issue has not been set; despite STL sources that noted that it will be [issued] very soon."

Kavran said that "STL Prosecutor Daniel Bellemare will submit a draft of the court's indictment to STL President Antonio Cassesse, a process that will take six to ten weeks of review before publicly issuing it."

In an interview with An-Nahar newspaper published on Saturday, Kavran explained that that "the pending indictment will include the identity of the accused individuals in the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, the felony they committed and the evidence to prove the accusations."
