Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem confirmed that the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) is being exploited today to pressure Hizbullah, the resistance and its arms.

Sheikh Qassem added that through events that occurred in the previous years, it has revealed that the indictment is politicized and does not rely on any real evidences, but in fact relies on a US political decision to try and defeat Hizbullah.

Sheikh Naim Qassem believed that the indictment accusing Hizbullah is an aggression on Hizbullah and Lebanon, and not only a stance or decision.

His Eminence Sheikh Qassem referred to the "Israeli" concerns with the STL indictment, calling for the accusation of Hizbullah as the most important to be achieved.

Sheikh Naim Qassem clarified that Hizbullah is well aware of some Lebanese requests from the US to stay calm in this period of time, especially regarding the STL.

His Eminence continued saying that each time an "Israeli" official speaks, some Lebanese sides are embarrassed, a way through which "Israel" wants to prove that it is not accused of Hariri's assassination, and that is it an important part of the international community.

Through calling for finding Rafiq Hariri's assassinators, "Israel" seeks to repel all fingers pointed at it concerning its brutal and dangerous crimes against the Palestinians.

Sheikh Qassem announced that Hizbullah is not afraid or nervous from all the accusations, confirming that none of the accusations have affected their popularity, presence and resistance.

"All the people now know that the accusation is a US-"Israeli" aggression against Hizbullah and Lebanon, and thus has no more value, but when we scream and act and speak, we are warning from this threat on Lebanon and not on us", Sheikh Qassem stated.

In this context, Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General believed that the side least affected by the indictment is Hizbullah, adding that other sides will be affected more, because this is a wrong way to deal with Hizbullah, referring that people know exactly what stance would Hizbullah adopt in these situations.

On another hand, Sheikh Naim Qassem wondered why the evidences presented by Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah weren't taken into consideration, and why hasn't any "Israeli" official been summoned for investigation? And why hasn't Bellemare issued any stance of a possibility of accusing "Israel"?

Sheikh Qassem also questioned why "Israel" is never accused of Rafiq Hariri's assassination; although it has the abilities, capacities, circumstances, and evidences to be accused.

On the level of telecommunication network breaches in Lebanon, Sheikh Qassem stressed that this is not espionage but is a dangerous aggression against Lebanon, because "Israel" has entered each home and street, and was able to breach all private information.

His Eminence reminded that the security firms arrested some 150 espionage agents, wondering whether they were considered to be part of an aggression against Lebanon.

In this context, Sheikh Qassem called for the Security Council stance concerning this issue, stressing that this is a dangerous violation and aggression, and the international community and the Security Council are not doing anything, but are bias to "Israel".

His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem concluded saying that Hizbullah and the opposition are still bargaining on the success of the Syrian-Saudi efforts in solving the Lebanese crisis, believed that there will be rational solutions.
