Lebanese Minister of Agriculture Mohammad Fneish confirmed that there were some parties in the ministerial council that took part in conspiracies planned against the resistance during the July war.
Fneish referred that these parties did not allow the Lebanese army to be located on the southern areas of the Laytani River before the attempt to disarm the resistance, adding that all is written in reports of the ministerial council meetings.
On another level, Minister Fneish said that the conspiracy represented by the indictment cannot possibly go through if there were internal, national awareness to Lebanon's rights.
Minister of Agriculture further praised the policies and stances of former President Emile Lahoud while he was in his position as an Army Chief and while he was President, where he embraced the resistance and confronted conspiracies against Lebanon.
