Local Editor
Lebanese Al Akhbar newspaper revealed that employees in the telecommunication sector refused to interact with investigators working for the General Prosecutor of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), Daniel Bellemare.
Investigators, who are supposed to be investigating PM Rafiq Hariri's assassination, are asking employees from the telecommunication sector to sign papers confirming that information presented to the international investigations is true.
In this context, employees refused to sign the papers, in return telling the investigators, "You can draw out the data yourselves and take it under your own responsibility".
Al Akhbar newspaper referred that this state of reaction towards the STL investigations, has been occurring after Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech over the performance of the STL in its investigations.
