US Threats Turkey, Warns of Relation Deterioration with West

Each of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and War Minister Robert Gates warned Turkey that its relations with the west will deteriorate, if it refuses the NATO suggestion to build the iron dome on its territories.
In an article published in the British Daily Telegraph, it was revealed that Clinton and Gates' threats came at a time where US held negotiations with Turkish officials before the NATO Summit planned to be held on the 19th and 20th of November in Lisbon.
In the same context, the Financial Times also reported the matter of dispute between Ankara and Washington, which revolves around Turkey not wanting to allow the iron dome to be installed on its territories.
