Tawhid Party: Feltman’s Visit to Sabotage Syrian-Saudi Summit Outcome
General Secretariat of the Tawhid Party described the visit of Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman to Lebanon yesterday as "American blatant interference that aims at hampering all efforts to bring Lebanon out of the crisis the United States put it through."
The General Secretariat said in its statement expressed surprise to "the attack some Lebanese sides launched against Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's visit to Lebanon while they welcomed Feltman's visit, who has been the symbol of sabotage in Lebanon since six years, when he arrived to Lebanon as ambassador.
It considered "The visit was an attempt to sabotage the outcome of the Syrian-Saudi summit." It further questioned "How can this man come to Lebanon, roam around, threaten and warn, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs knows nothing about his actions."
