Commenting on the crime of Zionist settlers who burned the Prophets Mosque in the occupied West Bank, Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Hizbullah strongly condemns the heinous crime committed by Zionist settlers, which is burning the Prophets Mosque in Beit Fajjar village in the occupied West Bank. This act led to the burning of copies of the Holy Quran and the damaging of the mosque.

This crime, committed before the sight and earshot of the whole world is only one part of a whole series of desecrating the Islamic and Christian sanctities, as Zionist settlers and soldiers violate sanctities amid total silence.

The burning the mosque of Beit Fajjar, the stepping up of excavation works beneath Al Aqsa mosque, and the act of depriving worshippers from reaching the Holy Ibrahimi Mosque to perform prayers are nothing but acts to pave the way to judaizing the Palestinian territories, particularly Al Quds. Therefore, those who remain silent regarding such crimes are considered as conspirators or participators.

Hizbullah calls upon the people of the Islamic Nation to stand in support of their Palestinian fellow brothers, who suffer from the mounting terrorist practices committed by the Zionist settlers, soldiers, and their criminal government, not to mention the American administration and the Western powers of supremacy.

Hizbullah also calls upon declaring a clear and decisive stance that obliges leaders to stop remianing silent while they watch what happens in the Palestinian occupied territories, urging them to take the necessary action and put limits to these Zionist crimes.
