Change and Reform bloc member Deputy Nabil Nkoula said that the demand from the UN Secretary General to the Pre-Trial Judge Daniel Fransen to ban the documents related to the false witnesse from Maj. Gen. Jamil As-Sayyed proves the tribunal is politicized.

In an interview with "Al Nour" radio on Wednesday, Nkoula said that "there is an attempt today to defame the image of Hizbullah and to portray it as a terrorist party not resistance."

Nicolas confirmed that he did not see political messages in the Syrian arrest warrants.

Concerning the postponement of recreation of the assassination scenario of Hariri that was supposed to take place in France, Nkoula said "the aim behind it was to issue an indictment against some persons and to blame Hizbullah for the assassination but due to the appearance of false witnesses and evidences that Hizbullah SG Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has presented, this operation has lost its credibility."

Moreover, Nkoula said that the indictment if issued will make all the Lebanese involved in the assassination and subject to interrogation from tribunal, considering that the opposition handled this case a bit late. He suggested that the matter would have been much easier if the opposition investigated the case earlier.

Also, he said "the opposition should have refused from the start the tribunal because its establishment was a mistake", pointing out that the only solution is to abolish the tribunal.

Finally, he commented on the visit of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad saying "Lebanon is a sovereign state and we are free to receive who ever we want and Iranian president visited USA and spoke to its students and intellectuals".
