Source to Syrian Al Watan: Lebanon Committed to Arrest Warrants’ Implementation

A high ranked juristic source considered that Lebanon is committed to the Syrian arrest warrants issued earlier; referring that there is a judicial agreement between Lebanon and Syrian since the year 1951.

The source added that if this agreement was to be implemented then the previous intimations would become obligatory, and arrest warrants should be implemented.

According to the source, there are some juristic powers between what exists of personal, general, and regional powers, in which it proves the right of the Syrian Judiciary to raise a lawsuit in case of any misleading in investigations.
