Maj. Gen. As-Sayed: Syrian Judiciary Seeks Fugitives, Has Right to Arrest any Time and Place

Major General Jamil As-Sayed confirmed that the legal value of the Syrian arrest warrant is 100% examined, adding that the Syrian false witnesses are reached by the Syrian law.
In an interview with New TV, As-Sayed expressed that head of the false witnesses operation, according to him, is led by PM Saad Hariri.
As-Sayyed expects that Head of Information Branch Wissam Al Hassan and General Prosecutor Saeed Mirza could possibly confess that Hariri was the one who requested the false witnesses.
General As-Sayed continued that this would lead to the issuance of an arrest warrant for Saad Hariri.
As-Sayed further explained that as a result of the investigations, there would be an indictment in which included people are accused, after being considered fugitives from justice.
Jamil As-Sayed confirmed that it is the Syrian Judiciary's right to arrest under any time and place circumstances, the wanted people a day after the arrest warrants are issued.
