Berri: I Have Not Said All I Have about False Witnesses

Lebanese Speaker Nabih Berri told As-Safir newspaper there is no deadline to the efforts put to resolve the current crisis, assuring that he is exerting every effort until the very last moment to protect Lebanon from a devastating sectarian strife.

Berri, according to the Lebanese daily, said that just like he considers a Christian-Muslim conflict a "red-line", he will do everything in his power to prevent strife between Sunnis and Shiites.
On another note, Berri addressing the false witnesses issue to the assassination of former PM Rafiq Hariri said that there are things he has not said yet. 

Berri pointed out "There are important legal aspects related to this issue (false witnesses) that I have not revealed yet, I may do that in due time." 

In addition, Berri stressed that Lebanese judicial authorities should follow-up the issue of false witnesses in order to determine the side standing behind them.
