Saheli to Intiqad.net: False Witnesses Issue, a National Priority
Local Editor
Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc member MP Nawwar Shaheli reaffirmed the priority of the false witnesses' issue.
In an interview with intiqad.net, MP Saheli added that the resistance will continue to demand pursuing false witnesses and those who fabricated and funded their operations.
Nawwar Saheli stressed this issue is considered to be a national priority, because pursuing false witnesses demonstrates the insistence on revealing the truth about what happened after former PM Rafiq Hariri assassination.
In the same context, Saheli wondered how some politicians could look down on this issue with profanation, reminding of their recent incitements, which brought the country to the edge of conflict.
Saheli went on to say that some of those defending the false witnesses and demeaning their issue, as some do, is nothing but a new way of concealing those behind the whole scenario, in fear of discovering the heads of the operation, even if it were on the count of truth.
On another hand, Saheli said that after PM Saad Hariri's confession during his press conference, over the false witnesses who misled the investigation, the resistance will be waiting for the Ministerial Council to conduct a serious step concerning this issue.
Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc member also referred that the judiciary should start its vital work to chase up false witnesses and start investigations.
