Wakim: International Investigation in Hariri Assassination, “Incitement Detonator” Set for Explosion

Head of the "People's Movement" and former MP Najah Wakim said that the press conference Brigadier General Jamil As-Sayyed convened on Sunday "held many issues that should be taken into consideration, of which the most important and dangerous is the internal incitement arranged by international and regional parties."

Wakim considered that the International investigation is one of the "detonators" set for explosion in Lebanon, referring to what As-Sayyed said in the conference about some high-ranked officials in the Lebanese judiciary and the security apparatus as "information that must not be ignored."

He added that neither the government, nor the high Supreme Court or other institutions and should neglect such information. 

"The responses to As-Sayyed's press conference assure the truth and precision of the information he released" Wakim stated, calling for further investigation of the validity of this information in order to take action against those responsible.
