After an "Israeli" attempt to prevent Russian missile sales to Syria, Monday was a historic day for both "Israel" and Russia, where both sides signed a joint military agreement, which aims at increasing cooperation against terrorism.
The deal would also later on lead to the selling of "Israeli" weaponry to the Russian military.
The agreement took part in Moscow between "Israeli" War Minister Ehud Barak and his Russian counterpart Anatoly Serdyukov, after meeting earlier with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
The "Israeli" high concern is that Russia would supply some armament to Syria, precisely advanced supersonic P-800 Yakhont missiles, which according to "Israeli", would be a major threat on their naval ships.
After the meeting, Ehud Barak stressed that security was his entity's main priority, adding that he would not compromise it.
Both Ministers agreed on further talks between both sides, concerning the military and security level.
