Bellemare Denies Indictment in September, To Study All Possibilities

Daniel Bellemare, Special Tribunal for Lebanon's (STL) Prosecutor, denied rumors which said that the indictment would be issue in September, stressing that he hasn't spoke about that, nor has he specified a date, yet he added that it would be issued as soon as possible.
In an interview with "Now Lebanon", Bellemare clarified that the draft indictment has been adopted yet, saying that he is now working on investigating evidences' effectiveness, do they would be accepted in the tribunal.
The STL Prosecutor considered that the exceptional evidences are conclusive evidences, referring that phone calls would be a part of the whole investigation.
As for the possibility of political settlement, Daniel Bellemare said that when he faces any political interference which he wouldn't be able to deal with, they he would quit.
Concerning the Hizbullah Secretary General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's press conference, Bellemare confirmed that he read the whole translation of Sayyed Hassan's speech, and stressed that he would not take what Hizbullah SG said for granted.
Bellemare commented that if anyone has evidences which prove that the STL investigations are not on the right track, then they would take these evidences into consideration, relating to the reason why he asked for Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's evidences, saying that he would study all possibilities.
When asked whether he investigated with any "Israeli" side, STL Prosecutor said that he will go in investigations wherever evidences lead him.
Regarding accusations that the STL is politicized, Bellemare said, "The truth is that we are not politicized, we are working in a political pattern, and this is something unquestionable, but the decision we will issue will not be a political decision".
