Loyalty to the Resistance Parliamentary Bloc MP Ali Mokdad indicated, "Human, financial, and political elements are being employed to disfigure and harm Hizbullah's image."

Mokdad added that Hizbullah and the Association of Islamic Charitable Projects insisted on immediately ending the conflict because they were determined not to allow the involvement of a third party.

In an interview with OTV, Mokdad assured, "The resistance's arms are only aimed at "Israel", however it should be spread all over Lebanon," indicating, "The resistance's arms are legal, honorable, and against incitements."

He emphasized, "Hizbullah will cooperate with the Ministerial committee established by the Council of Ministers to control the spread of arms phenomenon, because our first aim is for Beirut to be safe, and not allow incitements in it."

Regarding some parts' statements and criticisms on the Burj Abi Haidar clashes, Mokdad pointed out, "Some Lebanese sides totally took advantage of this issue. This conflict is over, we are done with its repercussions, and we will not allow any force to take advantage of this stance."

On the international tribunal issue, MP Mokdad said, "(French) President (Nicolas) Sarkouzi's stance that the tribunal is in the hands of the Americans, and not releasing any denial to that is enough for us."

He assured, "We will not deal with such a tribunal, we've dealt with the Lebanese Judiciary and presented our data to it, and we will proceed in the false witnesses issue because those witnesses are the ones who led the country to this situation. They should be prosecuted, because through them we could uncover the truth."

In conclusion, MP Mokdad said, "We are not afraid of the indictment, but our fear is over the country."
