Haj Hassan: Stability and Calming Required, Accusing The Resistance Rejected!

The Minister of Agriculture Hussein Haj Hassan said "It is normal that the Lebanese constitute part of the "Israeli"-American targets. Haj Hassan highlighted "Lebanon needs national unity in the coming days, weeks and months more than any other time in order to confront the American and "Israeli" schemes coming our way." He added "Every time new negotiations are started in Palestine, the region becomes more unstable among which is Lebanon."

Haj Hassan emphasized that Lebanon needs all elements of power, and therefore when talking about the Defense Strategy, the Lebanese should find the elements of power to defend Lebanon in face of the bitter American friend and the Zionist enemy.

On another note, Haj Hassan tackled the electricity crisis, saying that the protests that took place had no political background, calling on the government to take urgent action in this context "without holding the Prime Minister or the Minster of energy alone responsibility of the crisis."

On the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, Haj Hasan wondered how is it acceptable that the country was dragged for the past four years into accusing Syria and the four Generals (of the Hariri assassination) which turned out to be nothing but lies.
