Hariri: Provocations and Threats could not Stop the Path of Justice
PM Saad Hariri considered "Rafiq Hariri's assassination case is still present in the Lebanese people's conscience as if it took place yesterday not five years ago."
Hariri added, "Statements will not cancel the truth and gossips no matter how much provocations and threats they included, will not be able to stop the path of justice," pointing out, "The vast Lebanese majority is concerned with protecting justice and attaining the truth."
In a speech he delivered during an Iftar (Fast Breaking) ceremony in his residence in Beirut, Hariri assured that he insists on preserving stability, indicating, "Everyone should think, did the policy of accusations, intimidations and threats achieve anything during the past five years?"
PM Hariri referred, "The only time we were able to achieve something was when we met and had negotiations and when we established a national unity government and started completing important projects and laws."
"Even on the Palestinian rights issue, when we separated it from politics and discussed it objectively we were able to complete it," he added.
