Based on Author Expertise, GIGA Report on Hariri Assassination Finds Hizbullah Innocent

The German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA) researcher, Dr. Stephan Rosiny, who recently prepared a report over the assassination of former Lebanon PM Rafiq Hariri, in which he excluded Hizbullah's responsibility, said his report was based on personal expertise and not criminal investigation.
In his report published earlier, Dr. Rosiny believed that all evidences do not hold Hizbullah guilty or responsibility for PM Hariri's assassination, saying in an interview with An Nahar daily, "If Hizbullah planned the crime; it may have executed it in a more precise manner".
Dr. Stephan Rosiny, who possesses a doctorate on Hizbullah, also added that western governments seek to break the Syrian-Iranian-Hizbullah-Hamas front, where excluding Syria off the hook would serve their will in pointing hands towards Hizbullah.
Yet according to Rosiny, Syria will not easily abandon its powerful relation with the resistance.
