The Polish court issued a decision to hand over the "Israeli" Mossad agent Uri Brodsky to the German authorities within ten days, while "Israel" did not comment on this incident.

In this context, Brodsky's lawyers called for an appeal two weeks ago against the decision of handing him over, which was taken by the Polish about a month ago.

The "Israeli" and Polish lawyers successfully achieved in receiving a court decision revealing that handing the spy over to Germany is for the charge of forging passport only and not for other charges related to espionage.

However, the information presented by the police in Dubai regarding the assassination of Hamas official Mahmoud Mabhouh revealed a person holding a German passport with the name Michel Bondhimes is involved.

After the German investigations on this passport, it turned out that it was released delusively with the help of Brodsky, who media refer to as the logistics Chief of the Mossad in Europe. Moreover, the German police also found out that Brodsky possesses another passport with the name Alexander Farin.

This information created tension in the special relation between Germany and "Israel", especially on the Security level. While Poland expressed its hope that this case would not negatively affect its relations with "Israel" as it has worked hard to prevent from handing the Mossad espionage agent over to Germany.
