MP Hashem: Sayyed Nasrallah Failed the Element of Surprise "Israel" Was Preparing
Change and Reform parliamentary bloc MP Abbas Hashem commented on Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's Thursday press conference saying, "His statements were completely clear and honest, especially by the facts they included."
Hashem thanked Sayyed Nasrallah for, "saving Lebanon from the Zionist project fabricated against our people and resistance through the international tribunal's indictment," considering that, "he made the enemy's leaders passively announce the tribunal's accusation to members of Hizbullah, which failed the element of surprise "Israel" was preparing."
In an interview with Al Jadeed TV, Hashem indicated that, "The International Tribunal only heard the accused Hizbullah member's testimonies after PM Saad Hariri's visit to Washington."
Change and Reform parliamentary bloc MP pointed out that, "Hariri should take the initiative to end this crisis," referring that, "Former PM (Rafik) Hariri's assassination in 2005 aimed at minimizing Hizbullah's diplomatic side, which he (Rafik Hariri) represented, besides releasing head of the Lebanese Forces Samir Geagea from jail."
Hashem emphasized that, "the relation between Hizbullah and Hariri was the strongest and firmest brotherly relation among all political leaders in Lebanon."
