General Kahwaji: People, Army and Resistance Equation Provided Deterrence Force to Lebanon

Lebanese Army Chief General Jean Kahwaji assured that Lebanon's welfare, strength, and resistance to "Israeli" threats requires the cooperation of all forces to defend Lebanon.

He emphasized that the Lebanese official statements should include the people, army, and resistance equation, which proved its ability to provide a deterrence force to Lebanon.

In an interview with Al Anwar newspaper, Army Chief pointed out that the resistance is part of the Lebanese people who martyred while defending their country, assuring that the relation with them is like that between people and the army.

Furthermore, General Kahwaji indicated that the army in South Lebanon and in any Lebanese region is among its people, performing its national ideological duty. However, it is doubling efforts due to the continuous "Israeli" threats against Lebanon.

General Kahwaji emphasized that the army is in complete preparation to confront any aggression by the Zionist entity.
