Jumblatt Calls for Politicized Judiciary Based on National, Patriotic Standards
Head of the Progressive Socialist Party MP Walid Jumblatt assured that the resistance should stay under complete preparation, and called for ending all the blabbering on the resistance, and rather proceed dialogue on the basic national formula, Army, Resistance, and People .
Jumblatt considered that the 2006 war decision against Lebanon was not just an "Israeli" decision, because "Israel" cannot do anything without an American permission, according to him.
Head of the Progressive Socialist Party indicated that, "there isn't an "Israeli" war against Lebanon any time soon because the US administration is close to its midterm elections," adding that, "the timing of the war is related to Iraq and Afghanistan."
Jumblatt referred to "Israeli" Army Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi's statements, and said that it reminded him of the German newspaper Der Spiegel's remarks. He considered that it is the sane people's responsibility to avoid any "Israeli" attempt to penetrate Lebanon.
Moreover, Jumblatt called for executing the spies, considering that they cannot be prevented except by execution. MP Jumblatt assured, "We cannot turn a blind eye on such violations under the pressure of "sectarian balance". We should be aiming at a politicized judiciary based on national and patriotic standards. We will not accept a judge against a political side and biased to the other."
