In an aired report, Zionist TV Channel 2 claimed that Lebanon has no right in offshore oil fields discovered in the Mediterranean Sea and spread through the Lebanese costal area.

Gideon Tadmor, CEO of "Israeli" "Delek Energy" company, said in an interview with the "Israeli" radio, that Lebanese claims have been taking place since the announcement of offshore oil fields in the year 2009.

Tadmor reclaimed that "Israel" measured the situation, finding out that the Lebanese coast is at a far distance from the discovered fields.

Whether the offshore oil fields could become the new "Shibaa fields" in sea waters, Gideon Tadmor said that who looks at the sea border maps, will see that fields are tens of kilometers far of what should be the coastal borders between Lebanon and the occupied territories, and thus "I am not worried", he claims.

In the year 2009, offshore oil fields were discovered in the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea, which also spread towards the Lebanese coast. "Israel" has been claiming over and over that Lebanon has no right in those fields, aiming at confiscating Lebanese properties and belongings as usual.
