Lahoud: International Legitimacy’s Silence Allows "Israel" to Repeat its Violations

Former Lebanese president Emile Lahoud strongly denounced the Zionist enemy's attack against "Freedom Flotilla" in international waters, leading to the death of a big number of activists on the humanitarian fleet carrying aid to Gaza residents under siege.
President Lahoud pointed out , "This terrorist act weights "Israel's" record that is loaded with terror against innocent civilians, and free from international denunciation, due to the warrant countries' shameful favoritism, while claiming that they are entrusted with basics of democracy, freedom, and peace."
He stressed that the international countries' silence gives "Israel" a reason to repeat its crimes. "International community does not prevent nor does it simply denounce its violations against innocent civilian groups in the past, like the case in Qana (South Lebanon), the aggression in July 2006, and the Gaza war", Lahoud said.
President Lahoud concluded, "This new massacre should open the eyes in Lebanon on the fact that Lebanon's strength by itself guarantees preventing "Israel" from its terrorist attacks against Lebanon."
