"Israeli" Security Agency "Shabak" admitted in a statement it released to the Supreme "Israeli" court for the first time that it is tracking international peace activists residing in the West Bank for international solidarity activities with Palestinians against "Israeli" actions.

"Israeli" newspaper Haaretz reported yesterday that the "Shabak" was responding to Australian activist Brigitte Chapel's appeal in the international Movement of Solidarity with the Palestinians.

The "Shabak" has already arrested chapel last February, even though she lives in a town North of Ramallah in the West Bank.

Chapel reassured in her appeal before the court that "Israel" does not have the authority to apply its power on the West Bank, therefore her arrestment is illegal and she should be released.

The Attorney General responded that Chapel is now in Nablus, and that she violated a military order released year 1970 that prohibits the presence of foreigners in West Bank regions for more than 48 hours, and another order released in 2000 that forbids entry to regions under Palestinian military and executive control, according to Oslo agreement.
