Sheikh Qassem: Hizbullah has Right of Armament With all Kinds of Weapons to Protect Lebanon

Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem emphasized that ""Israel" is not ready to wage a new aggression against Lebanon."
Sheikh Qassem in an interview with Al Manar TV station stated that ""Israeli" officials listened to Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech and knew the resistance's complete deterrence ability and readiness; therefore they will not wage a war anytime soon."
His Eminence indicated that ""Israel" is evoking propaganda and trying to disturb Hizbullah politically through raising Scud smuggling issue from Syria."
He pointed out that the Syrian and resistance reaction towards the issue reversed the intended aim, and transformed it into concern inside "Israel".
Sheikh Qassem highlighted that "Resistance supporters increased," and assured "Hizbullah is in progression since July war until today," referring that this is what worries "Israel".
He assured "Hizbullah has the right of armament with all kinds of weapons to protect Lebanon," stressing that "no body has the right to impose the kind of arms we want."
His Eminence said "the resistance's readiness and Secretary General H.E. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech transferred the equation," pointing out that "if "Israel" had the ability to secure war achievements; it would have already waged a war."
Sheikh Qassem indicated that "one of the main reasons behind repercussions of Scud missiles claims is the failure of "Israeli" threats before Sayyed Nasrallah's speech."
He stressed that America created the Scud missile story and that "the campaign led by America and "Israel" is based on unconfirmed information." He also added that "This uproar stirred up fear in the Zionist street while it did not affect Lebanon, the resistance and Syria."
H.E. added that "(Jeffery) Feltman constant provocations are for "Israel's" benefit and we are not meant to confirm or deny possessing this weaponry, and we will not stop our armament."
"As for the campaign against Hizbullah- accusing it of being a threat to the region- this is because Hizbullah will not allow the application of their projects, because Hizbullah will not allow American guardianship on Lebanon and because it defeated "Israel", Sheikh Qassem said.
He added, "Instead, the resistance's popularity increased in Lebanon and in the Arab world" stating that "the biggest proof to that is the rate of participation in the elections."
Sheikh Qassem added "Moreover, when Western officials arrive to Lebanon, they review the situations with Hizbullah, and this is a proof of its progression."
H.E. assured that "Israel" is the one violating Lebanon and breaching its sovereignty since July war and until today."
