Chechen Revel Hold Responsibility of Moscow Metro Blast

Doku Umarov, Chechen rebel leader claimed responsibility for the twin bombings at Moscow metro station, leaving 39 people dead.
On a Chechen rebel website, a video message showed that Umarov says that he personally ordered the attacks, which were describes as a "revenge" for killing "poor Chechen and Ingush residents" by Russian security forces.
Two female bombers, blowing themselves up in Moscow metro, completed the deadly attack causing in 39 deaths.
In his video message, Umarov warned Russians saying, "The war will come to your street... and you will feel it on your own skin". He said that the video was recorded on Monday, hours after the attacks, which were the first suicidal attacks since six years.
The message was received the same day when another twin bombs killed at least 12 people in the Russian region of Dagestan. So far, no one has been held responsible for the Dagestan attacks, although Russian leaders find it possible that the same group is responsible for both bombings in Moscow and Dagestan.
