Infant Killed, Four Wounded in South Lebanon Traffic Accident

An infant was killed and four others were wounded in a traffic accident on the highway linking the southern district of Jezzine to the port city of Sidon, state media reported Saturday.
The National News Agency said that two cars, a Nissan and Volkswagen, collided in the town of Sfaraih killing a newly born, M. Iskandarani, and wounding four other people.
The wounded were admitted to Hammoud Hospital in Sidon.
The drivers of the two vehicles, R. Al-Rai and A. Iskandarani, are being held in custody until polices wrap up investigations, the NNA said.
