’Israel’ Fires 8 Flares near Shebaa

"Israeli" forces fired eight flares Tuesday evening from their posts in the occupied Shebaa Farms towards the nearby Shebaa Farms, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported.

The flares were fired above the al-Marsad post and al-Sheikh Mountains’ western heights, NNA said.

Earlier, "three unidentified explosions" were heard at the western edge of an "Israeli" post, east of the Lebanese border town of Shebaa, the agency added.

An "Israeli" army patrol had earlier on Tuesday crossed the technical fence near the so-called Wazzani Fort in southern Lebanon and stayed in the area for three hours, NNA reported.
