Rouhani: No Second-Rate Citizen in Iranian System

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed there is nothing like second-rate citizen in Iran, at a gathering in the Iranian city of Zahedan on Tuesday.
He made the remarks while addressing a gathering of local people in the southeastern city of Zahedan upon his arrival on a provincial tour.
He further noted that according to the Iranian Constitution, there is no discrimination against any tribe, religion or gender in the country.
During his two-day stay, Rouhani is to meet local residents, officials and war veterans.
