Syria Declares Moroccan Ambassador Persona Non Grata

The Syrian government declared on Monday the Moroccan Ambassador persona non grata, after Rabat expelled the Syrian envoy to its country.

Syria’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Jihad al-Maqdisi, announced via Twitter that "Syria has just considered the accredited Moroccan ambassador to Syria persona non grata."
