#Russia MoD: Eastern #Ghouta Militants Ready to Leave with Families

The Russian Defense Ministry’s Center for Reconciliation in Syria said that some militants in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus are ready to leave the area with their families, while others reject this option.

"We have been receiving information, from the Syrian side, that in the light of the deteriorating humanitarian situation in eastern Ghouta, some militants are seriously considering getting out of the area through a safe passage, while others consider it as a betrayal," Vladimir Zolotokhin, the center’s spokesman told reporters.
