#Lebanon: Army in Fierce Clashes with #Daesh Terrorists

Lebanese Army units are currently engaged in fierce clashes with Daesh militants on the outskirts of Ras al-Kahef, according to an Army statement.

Media reports have suggested that the al-Kahef region comprises some of the most strategic territory in the offensive area, given the nature of the land, which would give the Army an upper hand in keeping Daesh militants under surveillance.
